We are able to offer a complete range of electronic and electro-mechanical contract manufacturing services to enable you to bring your product to market. Whether you have an established product and require a competitive manufacturing partner, or have a concept that you wish to undertake a design feasibility study, we can help you.

 

We specialise in the manufacture of low to medium volume, high complexity type products. Some of our customers are established high volume manufacturers themselves but need a supplier for prototypes or early validation builds.

 

We offer a full turnkey solution or are able to build from supplied kits by our customers. Ultimately we can undertake the full life cycle management of your product.

 

For high reliability applications we can offer a number of encapsulation techniques including both conformal coating and potting.

 

As part of the total build concept offered to our customers, our manufacturing capability also goes beyond just PCB manufacture. Assemblies can be tested to a number of different levels whilst our electro-mechanical facility can undertake box build into the final unit including cable and loom manufacture.

 

We are capable of building complex electromechanical microwave circuits, building blocks and final assemblies.

 

We have a comprehensive range of equipment to undertake the many aspects of manufacturing. Our in-house engineering team have the ability to design complex tooling to support these functions.
