We have many customers who come to us with products ideas or circuit designs. Alternatively they may come to us with an old product that has been manufactured for many years but now has obsolete components, is expensive or difficult to make, or doesn’t conform to the latest regulations such as lead free solder.

Our designers regularly work on new concepts or re-designing old products. Our aims are to make your products:

Our designers work closely with the customer, and with the production departments, to ensure designs are as easy and practical to manufacture as possible. This is a skill that many designers who do not work closely with production do not have.

Their expertise includes digital, analogue and microprocessor design. We can undertake any part of the electronic design from circuit diagram to the completed product. We also offer a comprehensive design for manufacture service to enable higher yield and reliability, with lower cost manufacture.

We also regularly assist with product approval, and by managing the process for you will remove the 'hassle factor' from you. This includes gaining CE accreditation for new products (or existing products) currently not approved.

For example we have undertaken the conversion of products to RoHS (including lead free solder) on the behalf of customers and also redesigned 20 year old products to modern day technology. Part of this included EMC qualification testing and approval to gain the CE mark.
