We know our customers have a wide range of printed circuit board (pcb) manufacturing requirements. We continually invest in equipment and skills to provide extensive coverage.

Our capabilities include:

• Surface mount assemblies (from one off prototypes to 10,000 boards per week)
• BGA (Ball grid arrays)
• Conventional through hole assemblies

These are supported with:

• Automated solder paste dispensing,
• Screen printing,
• Forced hot air convection reflow and Optical inspection facilities.

We can handle components down to 0402 in size (40 thou * 20 thou)

Our soldering capabilities include:

• The latest wave soldering machines
• The latest reflow soldering capability
• Hand soldering with highly trained operatives for very low volume or complex situations.

All are available with lead-free soldering (RoHS compliant) or traditional tin / lead soldering.

With our high standard of workmanship, we have gained a reputation for rapid response to customers’ requirements by using manual placement methods incorporating the use of cropping plates and wave soldering.

All complexities of board can be handled in low to medium quantities. Prototypes and smaller quantities can be hand soldered.

All work is carried out in dedicated work areas with full ESD control. We use strict process and quality control in to our manufacturing, and also offer 100% inspection where necessary using a variety of techniques and equipment.
